Warranty and repairs

All Ciavey jewellery comes with two years complimentary warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers; general wear, servicing of sterling silver charms, polishing of beads and elastic cord replacement.

To file a warranty case, please email care@ciavey.com and include the following:

• The order number, this can be found in your order confirmation email
• A photo of the item with a brief description of what repair is required

Our care team will respond within 3-5 working days and will assist you with the next steps.

If you received the item as a gift, please mention this in the email and we can still help you file a case for warranty.
